OB SUMMARY
We're looking for a 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our graduate recruitment team in our USA team.
Here you will be working alongside a very experienced recruiter helping them fill existing roles with our clients and actively working on business development to bring in many more.
Established in 2012, Kayman Recruitment are a leading global provider, supplying staff to the recruitment industry across the UK & USA also knows as (Rec2Rec).
We have offices in London (South Woodford, E18), New York, Austin, Charlotte and Cape Town. We specialise in placing recruiters, office support staff, graduates and C-Suite level candidates all within the recruitment industry.

What does the role of a Recruitment Consultant involve?
Research and learn the ins and outs of your niche.
Sit in on client meeting and take job briefs
Source candidates for specific roles through
Advertising: Create compelling ads and upload to job boards
Headhunting: Approach candidates using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
Networking: Attend networking events
Database: Use the carefully curated database to approach passive candidates
Prepare candidates for interviews, liaise with clients and manage the interview process from introduction to offer/ acceptance stage
Business Development to generate new clients and job roles
What you need to have:
Peoples Person: Someone who genuinely enjoys building relationships and connecting with others.
Curiosity: Someone with a natural curiosity, who constantly wants to learn more.
