We are seeking an experienced Principal Consultant to join our highest-performing
Contract Team in the London office and build out our Cloud Desk. This role is
ideal for a motivated professional eager to step into a leadership position,
driving new business while cultivating and maintaining valuable client
relationships. As a senior team member, you will inherit a talented Senior
Consultant and play a pivotal role in the Cloud Desk's success and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and pursue new business within the
cloud services sector.
· Develop and execute strategies to expand our
client base and market presence.
· Build strong relationships with potential
clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
· Manage and nurture existing client relationships
to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnership.
· Act as the main point of contact for clients,
addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
· Work
closely with clients to understand their evolving requirements and provide
relevant services.
· Inherit and mentor a Senior Consultant,
providing guidance and support for their professional growth.
· Foster a collaborative and high-performance team
environment.
· Collaborate with the Divisional Lead of Contract
to set and achieve business goals for the Cloud Desk.
· Monitor industry trends and competitor
activities to stay ahead in the market.
Requirements:
· Demonstrated experience in a 360 role, including
proven ability to build a desk and successfully engage in cold business
development, ideally within the cloud services sector.
· Strong track record in business development and
client relationship management.
· Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability
to mentor and develop team members
· Excellent
communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Strategic thinker with the ability to drive
business growth and achieve targets.
· Proficiency in using CRM (Bullhorn) software and
other business development tools.
Can demonstrate abilities to build a desk and knows how to approach cold BD
