Role Overview: 

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Recruitment Resourcer (Offshore Talent Sourcer) to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for people, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for talent. As a Talent Sourcer,you will play a crucial role in supporting our Recruitment Consultants by identifying and attracting high-quality candidates to fill our clients'vacancies. 

Key Responsibilities:  
Source and identify potential candidates using various channels
including LinkedIn, Bullhorn CRM, Referrals and Advertising  Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess
suitability for specific roles.  Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and
future hiring needs.  Use of video interviewing software platform (Hinterview) to help
present our candidates to our clients in the best light  Prepare and post job advertisements on various platforms to attract
suitable candidates.  Help prepare executive search proposals for senior roles.  Utilise our applicant tracking system to manage and track candidate
applications and interactions. Full Bullhorn Administration.  Assist with the coordination of interviews and candidate feedback
processes.  Stay up-to-date with industry trends and recruitment best practices. 
Key Skills and Qualifications:  
3+ years previous experience in a recruitment role, either in-house
or within an agency setting, is preferred.  Experience in one of our core markets as above.  Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to
engage and build rapport with candidates.  Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the
ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.  Proficiency in using recruitment software, job boards, and social
media for talent sourcing.  High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
