Position: Client Services Recruiter
Location: UK (Remote)
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 GBP + Commission (up to 30%)

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Client Services Recruiter to join our dynamic team. This 360 recruiter role involves managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and placing candidates to business development and client management. You will have the unique advantage of leveraging our extensive client list to drive new business and develop long-lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
Source, attract, and place top candidates in Client Services roles within
the digital and integrated agency space. Business Development:
Utilize our extensive list of 700+ clients to identify and develop new
business opportunities. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients,
understanding their needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions. End-to-End Recruitment:
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate
screenings, interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding. Market Insight: Stay abreast of industry
trends and market conditions to provide expert advice to both clients and
candidates.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a 360 recruiter, specifically within the
Client Services and digital/integrated agency sector. Strong business development skills and a proven track record of
building client relationships. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
effectively. Familiarity with recruitment software and tools. High level of professionalism and integrity. What We Offer:
