Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 GBP
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Freelance Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting for digital and integrated agencies, covering roles in Digital, Client Services, Project Management, Account Management, Strategy, and Creative Design. This is a remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere in the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing: Identify and attract top talent for various roles within the digital and integrated agency space. Candidate Management: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding. Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions. Market Expertise: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and insights to effectively match candidates with the right opportunities. Proven experience as a recruiter in the digital and integrated agency sector (3+ years). Strong knowledge of roles in Digital, Client Services, Project Management, Account Management, Strategy, and Creative Design. Familiarity with recruitment software and tools.
