The Role

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant at Harrington Starr, you will be responsible for the entire recruitment process, from identifying potential clients to placing candidates in the perfect roles. You will have the autonomy to manage your own desk and contribute to our ambitious growth plans. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working with some of the brightest talents and leading companies in the FinTech industry.

Key Responsibilities 

Client Acquisition & Management: Identify and secure new business opportunities within the FinTech sector. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.

Candidate Sourcing & Placement: Utilize various sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates. Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to match candidates with suitable job opportunities.

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and market movements to provide clients and candidates with informed insights and advice.

Full Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job advertisement, candidate screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.

Target Achievement: Meet and exceed personal and team targets, contributing to the overall success and growth of Harrington Starr.

Requirements

Experience: Proven experience in a 360 recruitment role, ideally within the FinTech, IT, or financial services sectors.

Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.

Driven: Highly motivated with a passion for recruitment and a desire to succeed in a target-driven environment.

Proactive: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to business development and problem-solving.

Adaptable: Comfortable in a fast-paced and changing environment, with the resilience to handle challenges and setbacks.
