What You'll Do: 


• Conducting market research and growing your industry knowledge 

• Collaborating with the other pods to cross-sell 

• Qualifying prospective clients and candidates 

• Mapping out your market 

• Manage the 360-recruitment lifestyle 

• Multi-tasking and prioritising workload in a KPI driven environment 

• Manage our ever-expanding client base

· Competitive Compensation: We value your hard work and dedication. Offering a starting salary of £24,000-£27,000, which increases by £2000 after a successful probation period. 100% of our consultants are hitting commission within their first 6 months. 


What We're Looking For: 

· Experience: Current sales or KPI driven experience in a fast-paced environment is a must. 

· Excellent Communication Skills: Whether you're chatting with contractors or selling to clients, you know how to catch their attention. 

· Resilience and Determination: Recruitment isn't always smooth sailing, but you're not one to back down from a challenge. You're a problem-solver, a go-getter, and a master of perseverance.
