The role:
The role is a Senior Consultant role within our London-based Perm or Contract team.
We are looking for passionate, driven individuals looking to join our exceptional and growing team. You would work with and be supported by one of our Managing Directors. Chris our Contract MD has been at Skills for 13 years, now managing an exceptional team. Harpreet is our Perm MD who has been at Skills 6 years, progressing from Manager to MD very quickly in that time. Both MD’s bring 10+ years of life science recruitment experience, manage multiple global top billers have excellent reputations in the market.
We are looking to speak to experienced life science recruiters (any market) to come into the business as a Senior Consultant. We offer clear progression paths, development and training and uncapped commission.
Skills Alliance offers the opportunity to develop your career quickly to Principal Consultant where you can then decide to progress down a billing only route or a management route, by working with a highly experienced and internationally recognised senior management team, multiple Global top billers and a world class Learning and Development team. We offer uncapped commission, competitive basic salaries and excellent career development and training. You will be working in a very entrepreneurial atmosphere with the added incentives of team lunches, days out and amazing holidays.
What we offer:
Hybrid working. Early Friday finishes (5pm in colder months, 4pm in Summer). Uncapped commission up to 40% depending on career path. 23 holiday days + bank holidays and 1 wellness day per year (Increases by 1 day annually). Learning and Development: a supportive and structured environment that includes continuous training delivered by our Global Learning Development Manager and Senior Management Team. We offer our newly developed Senior sales & Management training programmes that are tailored to each individual consultant in the business. International office relocation: for people who want to work in our other offices (London, New York, Seattle, Newport Beach, Zurich and Frankfurt).
