Base Salary is dependent on experience and an uncapped commission scheme (with no threshold) that pays out monthly!



We are looking to add a Full Desk (360) recruitment professional with a minimum of 5+ years experience, working in one of the following markets:


Communications & Public Relations
Marketing
Digital 
Creative

Experience required:


Proven track record of 5+ years in search/recruitment field
New business development - proven experience winning and retaining new clients
Delivery - placing high level candidates into mid-senior level positions
Highly motivated with a desire to generate high revenue and personal income
Entrepreneurial and mature mindset
Strong communicator with excellent written skills
Collaborative
Innovative
Tenacious
