We are expanding our footprint in the UK and looking for an exceptional talente and dynamic leader to drive this location and expand operations.
The Role:
We are seeking a hands-on 360 Recruiter and Team Leader who will play a pivotal role in growing the UK business. In this role, you will have the autonomy to generate your own revenue, set strategy, growth targets, and headcount, working closely with our executive team for support and guidance. Your success in this position could pave the way for further expansion into Europe and/or the Middle East.
This position would suit a dynamic billing team leader, currently managing a team of 2-3 but may have restrictions on their verticals/markets, placement size and values, working style or schedule and are simply looking for that entrepreneurial and mature environment where you can put your ideas and ambition into practice.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, grow and manage the UK recruitment team, driving performance and growth.
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve ambitious revenue and operational targets. Hands-on 360 full-cycle recruitment, from business development to placing top talent. Collaborate with the executive team to align recruitment strategies with business goals. Foster a positive and high-performance culture within the team. Identify opportunities for market expansion and business development.
