ambitions. We are currently looking for a Principal Consultant to work in a 360 focused full-desk role within our perm Tech Sales team in New York. Stott and May are experiencing a period of growth therefore the ideal candidate will utilize their experience to hit the ground running and contribute to our momentum within the tech recruitment industry. 
  
The successful Principal Consultant will be responsible for:
- Generating leads and winning new client business through innovative business development methods
- Qualifying high level job briefs in full detail to understand client’s needs
- Owning the candidate experience process: sourcing, pre-screening, managing offer/counteroffer/resignation process
- Responsible for building out a solid client and candidate base within the SF market
- Develop and implement a strong social media and networking strategy such as: attending/hosting events or hosting podcasts to drive engagement 
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a 360 recruiter in the tech space with a proven track record of successful business development and delivery
- Preferably experience recruiting in the Tech Sales market
- “Hunter” mentality as you will be tasked with growing your own book of business
