ambitions. We are currently looking for a talented Business Manager to work in a 360 focused full-desk role within our Evergreen Talent Partners team. The Evergreen Talent Partners team are a niche part of Stott and May, focusing on renewable and cleantech recruitment, helping our customers make a positive impact on a sustainable future. The ideal candidate will be a specialist in renewable or cleantech recruitment and will be able to utilize their experience to hit the ground running and contribute to our momentum within the industry. 
  
The successful Business Manager will be responsible for:  
Identifying new business opportunities within the renewable or cleantech Recruitment space.  Schedule client meetings to sell our services while negotiating terms of business and establishing commitment  Take job briefing calls with clients in full detail  Full cycle candidate experience management: sourcing, prescreening, overseeing offer/counteroffer/resignation process  Manage and finalize agreements between clients and candidates

Requirements
 
4-5 years of experience as a 360 consultant with a proven track record of successful business development and delivery  Ability to work independently and autonomously is a must  Previous experience recruiting in the renewables or cleantech space is essential
