Position Summary
The Director, Regional Head of North America is responsible is responsible for working with client
companies within the allocated market(s) to provide permanent and contract/temporary solutions to
address their hiring needs. As we continue to grow the business, the Noth American region is a
critical component of that growth, ensuring both effective leverage and management of existing
client companies as well as the development of new relationships with target organizations.
Key Responsibilities
• Development of a growth strategy across the North American region incorporating both
potential within the existing client base, and opportunities for new business development.
• Build relationships with key points of contact within existing key clients to establish
consistent requisition flow and establish additional terms of business and/or MSA’s where
required.
• Identify key points of contact within target organisations with the objective of building and
cultivating new client relationships. Establish terms of business and a requisition flow with a
forecastable pipeline of potential revenue.
• Understand client needs and objectives and remain alert and responsive to changing
priorities.
• Hire and develop a team of Recruitment Consultants to support the growth of the region.
• Ensure the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and placement targets.
• Maintain an accurate revenue forecast with a monthly and quarterly outlook.
Experience:
• 10 + years experience in agency, executive search, or outsourced recruitment services
• 3 + years leadership experience
• Experience recruiting for large, multinational client companies
• Experience recruiting supply chain, manufacturing, engineering positions would be a distinct
advantage, as would experience recruiting within directly relevant industry sectors such as
Life Sciences, Consumer Products, Chemicals Practice, Food & Beverage.
