You will ideally be a graduate or sales professional looking to accelerate your career in a fast-paced/fun and rewarding environment.

What you will be doing as an Associate Recruitment Consultant:
- Building relationships with candidates
- Calling candidates to sell new opportunities
- Developing your marker by building relationships with new companies
- Negotiating terms of business and maintaining successful client relationships
- Hitting and exceedng targets
