Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities:
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant within our team, you will be responsible for building and managing your own portfolio of clients while bringing in new business. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing candidates to placement and aftercare. A key part of your role is ensuring the recruitment process is effective and efficient while maintaining our commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) in everything we do.

Key responsibilities include:
Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, while maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients.

Candidate Sourcing: Source and assess candidates, ensuring a clear understanding of their career aspirations and aligning them with appropriate opportunities.

Client Consultation: Advise clients on the most suitable recruitment solutions, tailoring services to meet specific needs.

Full Lifecycle Management: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing through to placement, and provide continued aftercare to both clients and candidates.

Database Management: Maintain and update the candidate database, ensuring accurate and timely records in the CRM system.

Sector Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to offer expert advice and enhance your service offering.

Meeting Targets: Consistently meet or exceed individual targets and contribute to the success of the team.

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will also play a key role in fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace by promoting and implementing best practices related to ED&I throughout the recruitment process. Your role will ensure that all candidates, regardless of background, have equal opportunities and are treated with fairness and respect.
