Commission Structures & Bonuses

We want to create opportunities for our team to succeed inside and outside of work, therefore, (after months of research 🥱) we have devised an unrivalled commission structure to help our team match their professional goals, to their financial goals. Here’s how we do it: 👉 Our commission brackets hit up to 50%. 👉 We have no thresholds or seat costs, this means you earn on everything that you bill. 👉 We offer stock options to those who exceed £300k in billings over a calendar year, matching 5% of the total amount billed. 👉 Our commission structure runs quarterly, giving you triple the amount of time to hit the higher commission brackets than you would on a monthly commission structure, but you’ll still get paid monthly. 👉 Once your quarterly commission is calculated you’ll then get it paid out monthly, equally over the following 3 months. 👉 We offer a quarterly bonus to those who exceed their target in addition to commission. 👉 We offer an annual incentive trip to billers and their partners that hit their annual targets. In the past, this has included locations including Las Vegas, Dubai, Mykonos and Cancun. 👉 We don’t promote on tenure, we promote on performance. That’s why we’ve made our progression framework and pay structure public 👉 Impact your billings with splits - we have a fair and honest splits policy that has an opportunity to impact billings. We encourage cross-collaboration across all teams and ensure you’ll be rewarded financially when supporting any area of the business.

  • Comission Structure

    Our pay structure is very transparent. While each level usually guarantees higher pay, compensation and commission are worked out differently for individual contributors versus leadership roles.

  • Pension Scheme

    We enroll you onto a platform to enable you to manage your savings & get real-time valuations to see where that cheddar goes! 🔥 The pension scheme covers 3% company contribution & 5% employee contribution. However, employees can choose to opt-out

  • Annual Bonus

    Annual bonus is far too long to wait, so we have a Monthly bonus structure which allows you to impact your earnings quicker

    • Wave HQ is located in central London in Shoreditch, surrounded by lots of exciting bars, restaurant and coffee spots its a great place to work. In house we have our own podcast, wellness and cinema rooms to ensure that coming into the office is never a chore.

    CSR

    Giving back to our local community is important to us, which is why we have our own in-house team that organises charity events, and we are currently supporting the charity CALM, a mental health charity and Cancer Research UK. We also allow our employees to take two days off a year to help out with a charity event of their choice.
