Job Summary
We're looking for someone to join and scale our Data Team. You will have the opportunity to bill and expand your client network from day one. We're looking for recruiters with 3+ years of experience in the Data space with the ability to deliver to roles as well as bring on new business with a creative and relationship-driven approach.
The Role:
As a 360 Recruiter, you will be responsible for the entire recruitment process, focused on building relationships with candidates and clients, resulting in supporting the growth of dynamic tech teams. You will have the autonomy to manage your own desk and contribute to our ambitious growth plans, empowering our consistent growth since we started in 2020. This is an exciting opportunity for a money-motivated individual to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working with some of the best talents and leading companies in the tech industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing & Placement:
Utilise various sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates. Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to match candidates with suitable job opportunities.
Client Acquisition & Management: Identify and secure new business opportunities within the Tech sector. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
Full Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job advertisement, candidate screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
Brand Development: Utilise your network to develop a personal brand reflective of your effort and commitment to support growth in the tech industry. You'll have the opportunity to build and scale tech communities you create or engage with.
Requirements
Experience:
Proven experience in a 360 recruitment role, ideally within the Technology sector.
Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
Entrepreneurial: Highly motivated with a passion for recruitment and a desire to succeed in a target-driven environment, with the ability to think like a business owner.
Proactive: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to business development and problem-solving.
Adaptable: Comfortable in a fast-paced and changing environment and able to support wider teams.
