    Head of Operations

    I joined Buchanan as Head of Operations in June 2023, focusing on global expansion, enhancing work environments, and delivering top solutions for candidates and clients. I'm an avid sports fan, enjoying rugby and golf, and a devoted armchair supporter of Aston Villa.

    Head of Marketing

    As Head of Marketing, I direct our strategy across all channels, from print to digital. I've spearheaded campaigns aimed at boosting client engagement and enhancing our reputation. Outside work, I enjoy nature, reading, and being the personal PA to my four energetic kids.

    Thomas Hanlon
    Director

    I joined in 2018 after university in Manchester, starting as an Associate in our London Law division. In 2020, I founded our New York team, growing it into a multi-million-pound business by 2021. Promoted to Director in 2022, I relocated to Miami in 2024 to head our US operations.
