Commission Structures & Bonuses

Our Commission Structure: We operate with a threshold per quarter which is calculated on 25% of your annual salary per quarter. For example: If your base salary is £40,000, your quarterly threshold is £10,000 per Quarter. (£40,000 per year). Revenue Per Quarter: Up to £50,000 revenue - 10% commission £50,001 - £75,000 revenue - 15% commission £75,001 - £100.000 revenue - 20% commission £100,001 - £150,000 revenue - 25% commission £150,001+ - 25% commission Your first 3 months are Threshold free.

  • Annual Bonus

    In addition to our company commission structure we also offer discretionary annual bonuses to all our staff.

    Revenue Per Quarter: Up to £50,000 revenue - 10% commission £50,001 - £75,000 revenue - 15% commission £75,001 - £100.000 revenue - 20% commission £100,001 - £150,000 revenue - 25% commission £150,001+ - 25% commission
